No matter the reason for seeking therapy, I know from experience, that finding
the right counsellor for you can seem daunting.
I offer a safe, compassionate, confidential and non-judgemental space in which to gently explore and process difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is at the heart of successful therapy and this is at the core of how I work.
One to One Counselling Sessions
Due to the current situation with regards to COVID-19, I am now offering limited face to face sessions.
Other sessions are continuing to be offered online via Zoom or by telephone.
During a counselling session we will gently explore the issues or concerns in your life. Through our work together I aim to support you in discovering shifts in perspectives, enabling a sense of new possibilities and well-being. This will help to find a new way forward to feeling more comfortable, less anxious and more connected to yourself and those around you. You will gain greater understanding of yourself, making sense of thoughts and feelings and how they may impact you and your behaviour.
In this supportive, caring environment I will help you to become more self-aware, empowering you to make changes in your life for your own personal growth.
